I'm Dara, I have worked behind the chair as a commissioned stylist and booth renter. I managed someone else's salon and owned a salon myself. I spent years working in salon education, and now I am exploring professional salon sales. Throughout my career, the one constant motivator for me has always been coaching stylists to earn more money.
I have developed a proven system that has built hundreds of salon professionals into 6 figure earners, and now I am offering my programs to you.
This is not one size fits all, though the framework is developed, I work one on one with each professional to find ways to grow their business and drive connection, retention, and achieve the goals they have.
